Hør her! Nå gjør jeg et opprør mot alle syltrange sko og smertefulle stilletthæler. Som sykepleierstudent får du plutselig et helt annet syn på hva som er fornuftig. Helsa er viktigst! Da er det to skomerker jeg virkelig vil løfte frem: FitFlop og Joya. FitFlop har teknologi i sålen som gjør at man trener musklene i beina og rumpa for hvert skritt. Jeg har faktisk begynt å gå mye mer etter at jeg begynte å bruke FitFlop.

Joya er et sveitsisk helseskomerke som scorer en høy stjerne hos sykepleiere og helsearbeidere. Her har jeg fire nye par sko å vise frem: Ett til hverdags, sandaler til pent, skikkelige tursko og ikke minst - helsesko til sykepleiepraksis. På torsdag skal jeg på ferdighetslaben med både sykepleieruniform og nye sko!

My new nurse shoes from Joya!

Listen! I'm making a rebel against small, tight shoes and painful stilettos. As a nurse student you suddenly get an entirely different view on what's sensible. Our health is most important! In that regard, there's two shoe brands I really want point out: FitFlop and Joya. FitFlop has a technology in the sole that trigger your muscles in your legs and your rear behind. Actually, I've started walking a lot more since I started using FitFlop.

Joya is a Swiss health shoe brand that scores a high star from nurses, doctors and health workers. Here I have four new pairs to show you: One everyday pair, sandals for more formal dressing, hiking shoes and last - but not least - new health shoes for my nurse practice. On Thursday, I'm going to the skills lab in a nurse uniform and new shoes!
