Moods of Norway AW 15/16: Trendy tales


Moods of Norway har startet et nytt eventyr med en ny designer. Matthew Earnest er utdannet ved prestisjetunge Parsons School of Design i New York. Han ble den første studenten noensinne som viste sin kolleksjon på New York Fashion Week (2003) - med god støtte fra Vogues Anna Wintour og Vanity Fairs Anne McNally. Kolleksjonen ble kjøpt av superforhandlerne Selfridges og Henri Bendel.

Earnest har jobbet i flere år som designer og kreativ leder for merker som Esprit, CLOSED og SARTEL. Høst- og vinterkolleksjonen for 2015/2016 (AW 15/16) har fått navnet "Woodland Creatures". Klærne har et trendy preg med en mer skandinavisk look en før. Naturen er tydelig inspirasjonskilde. Rocka, laidback, moderne, morsomt og casual er stikkord for den tøffe kolleksjonen.

Moods of Norway have started a new tale with a new designer. Matthew Earnest is educated at the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York City. He was the first student ever to display his collection at New York Fashion Week (2003) - with support from Vogue's Anna Wintour and Vanity Fair's Anne McNally. The collection was bougth by the exclusive retailers Sefridges and Henri Bendel.

Earnest has worked several years as designer and Creative Director for brands like Esprit, CLOSED and SARTEL. The autumn and winter collection for 2015 and 2016 (AW 15/16) has been named 'Woodland Creatures'. The clothes have a more trendy touch with a more Scandinavian look than before. The nature is clearly a source of inspiration. Rock chic, laidback, modern, joyful and casual are keywords for the tough collection.
