Den lekre kjolen er fra designeren Jenny Packham. På nettbutikken http://www.mytheresa.com/, hadde kjolen først en utsalgspris på ca. 3515 Euro, som er ca. 28 000 norske kroner.
Det synes jeg var hårreisende dyrt for å være Catherine, som er kjent og beundret for sin evne til å bruke klær fra rimeligere designere og kleskjeder.

I came to work this morning and discovered that William and Catherine had been at a charity gala in London on Thursday. I recognized the dress of the Duchess immediately. Actress Leighton Meester wore it in an episode of the television series Gossip Girl - and I saw the episode just a few days ago.

The beautiful chiffon and sequin dress is from the designer Jenny Packham. The online store www.mytheresa.com, had her dress with the price of approx. 3515 Euro, which is about 28 000 NOK.
That is very expensive and unlike Catherine! She is known and admired for her ability to wear clothes from cheaper designers and clothing chains.
I tipped Sara at the fashion online site minmote.no, who wrote this article: The Duchess do the same as the Hollywood stars.
The shoes she wore with the dress is from LK Bennett and is far cheaper. They cost about 1500 NOK.
The pink dress is amazing, so I understand why she chose it. Several Hollywood celebrities have worn dresses by Packham.
