Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Stockholm is gathering the fashion souls from Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th of August. Several Swedish designers and brands display their SS 2013 collections.
Ida Sjöstedt has made a cute collection - fit for an everyday princess. The clothes are in pastels like pink and blue combined with elegant white and beige. The wedding gowns remind me of a fairytale princess. My mind receive associations like unicorns and rainbows.
Altewaisaome has a modern collection with graphic shapes. The “holes” in the fabric is an interesting touch, and the color combination of dark blue, black, grey, white and yellow is smart and attractive.
Whyred presents modern and tough clothes with digital patterns of stripes and snakeskin. Leather is a key element. Bright blue and orange is combined with denim, white, grey, black and forest green.
Dagmar use many different colors in a fresh, cool and laidback collection. The special-cut tops show the belly. They´re combined with ankle-length skirts to play down the nakedness. The above-knee high, tight dresses have a vivid, innovative pattern.
